Payment Policy
Please be prepared to pay your visit fee on the day of your scheduled appointment unless you have made prior arrangements. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and major debit & credit cards. Returned checks will be billed with a $25 surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour (two business days) notice for all appointment cancellations to avoid being billed for your visit fee. It is also our policy to call the phone number on file to remind you of your scheduled appointment.
